Make your own ringtones, & more. Take control of your phone!
Windows® Phone supports Mobile17's specially prepared ringtones as long as you have the ‘Mango’ update or later installed. This software may not be available for your Windows Phone.
To activate your Windows phone, you must make a new ringtone on Mobile17's website. When your ringtone is complete, there is a text entry field where you may confirm the code displayed by our App, located on your Windows Phone device.
Our App can sync your ringtones created using Mobile17, and if you have not installed it already, you may install it now and still download any creations made in the past 48 hours.
After confirming your activation code once, all ringtones can be downloaded automatically.
Note: If you have already activated a handset, you may need to ‘Forget’ the device before reactivating. — You may do this from within your Account Settings on our website.
If you're having trouble activating, try forcing reactivation from your handset. Press the “...” option in the bottom right corner of our App and select ‘Unpair this device’ before “forgetting” the device from our website, using the steps above.
How to add Ringtones to Windows Phone…Windows Phone ringtones can be synced to your handset just like regular songs. Mobile17's ringtones are specially formatted to be recognized by your handset and setup accordingly.
Simply download and add these songs to your Zune library. Since the files are configured as ‘Ringtones’, they will not show up under ‘Music’. Instead, they appear under your ‘Ringtone + Sound’ settings.
